This role is responsible for handling incoming calls inquiring about our home and auto warranty. You will help generate leads from potential clients and qualify them for our sales funnel. Once you are self sufficient and learn all the necessary tools you need to thrive successfully, you have the option to “WORK FROM HOME”. The sky will be your limit!

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and people skills, strong work ethic and a thriving drive to maximize their earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Answering approximately 80-90 inbound calls per day
  • Closing 3-7 provided leads per day
  • Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer-first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers
  • Maintaining current knowledge of products and services offered
  • Other duties as assigned
